Instructions to Apply for Management Seats

STEPS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION

Candidate Registration

    • ♦ Click on “Registration” button
    • ♦ Fields marked with * are mandatory details and click on ’Register’ button.
    • ♦ After registration, a new window will appear showing “REGISTRATION SUCCESSFUL”.
    • ♦ Note down your “User ID” and “Password” for future reference.
    • ♦ The registration fee can be remitted through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking or in any branches of South Indian Bank using the challan form or in any other nationalized bank using the NEFT form which can be downloaded from the admission portal.
    • ♦ College copy of the fee remittance done through Challan should be submitted along with the application form.
    • ♦ Now click on “Logout” and Login through “Candidate Login”.
    • ♦ Login to the website with the username and password obtained during registration.
    • ♦ While filling the application do not use “Back Button” or “Refresh Option”. These will lead to loss of data entered till then. But you can ’Save and Logout’ at any point of time.
    • ♦ Click on “Click here to Apply Programme” link.
    • ♦ Read the Programmes Offered by Deva Matha College and click “Ok”.
    • ♦ Read the Terms and Conditions and Click to Accept button.
    • ♦ Select Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card option or Challan in the Application fee Remittance Details page and pay the amount.
    • ♦ Click on “Continue” button in the next page.
    • ♦ Candidate shall choose the programmes according to his/her preference. Three preferences can be made.
    • ♦ After selecting the preference, click the “Save & Continue to Personal Details” button.
    • ♦ Enter the Student details, current address, parent information and other details.
    • ♦ After entering the details click the “Save & Continue to Education Details” button.
    • ♦ Enter the Class 10 and PLUS TWO examination details in case of UG Admissions and Enter the Degree and PLUS TWO examination details for PG Admissions.
    • ♦ After entering the examination details click “Save & Continue to Upload Photo” button.
    • ♦ Use colour photo with light coloured background [35mm x 45mm (width X height)] in jpg format with size in between 40kb -100 kb.
    • ♦ For uploading, select the image file using “Choose File” button
    • ♦ After uploading the photo, click on “Preview” button and if any correction is needed click on “Edit” button and then click on “Submit“ button for final submission.
    • ♦ Click “Print Application” button and take print out.
    • ♦ In the case of Syro Malabar Catholic applicant to management quota, they shall obtain the certification from the Parish Priest on the printout.
    • ♦ Submit the printout of the application form, complete in all respects, duly signed by the applicant along with all the supporting documents to the college office during working hours.
    • ♦ Do not provide any incorrect information. Applications found defective in any way or filled in with wrong or misleading information will be rejected.

Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking payment details

Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking transactions are processed through industry standard secure socket layer encryption by a third party, which only uses your information for that purpose.

Refund Policy

  • ♦ Fees once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:
  • ♦ Multiple times debiting of applicant’s Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Candidate’s account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the candidate.
  • ♦ The candidate will have to make an application to admissions@devamatha.ac.in for refund along with the transaction details and original payment receipt if any generated at the time of making payments.
  • ♦The applicant should apply for refund within 3 working days. Complaints after three days will not be entertained.


DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

  • ♦ Original & copy of 10th Certificate/Mark List.
  • ♦ Original & copy of PLUS TWO Certificate/Mark List (For UG Admissions) and Degree Certificate and Mark list (For PG Admission)
  • ♦ Transfer Certificate (TC) from the institution last attended
  • ♦ Conduct Certificate
  • ♦ Original of the relevant certificates (NCC/NSS/Ex-serviceman) in case of candidates who have availed bonus/weightage of marks
  • ♦ Eligibility Certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University, in the case of candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from Boards/Institutes/Governments outside Kerala except CBSE/CISCE/Kerala State Board.
