      Unexpected events or shocks disrupt our habitual routines, jolt us out of our comfort zones, and lead us to ask big questions about what matters and what is worth doing. It’s no wonder, then, that during the current pandemic, many people are rethinking their careers.
 
     It’s hard to predict what tomorrow will look like in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, but one thing is for certain: big changes are coming to our world at large and, specifically, to the workforce. And while we can’t say for certain exactly what those changes will be, we do have some ideas.
